In Planning, I organize project kickoff and overall sprint planning exercises, ensuring that PM, Business, and Engineering teams are well-aligned on requirements. I also make sure that everybody is clear about milestones.
In Execution, I run daily standups as a Scrum Master. I help to facilitate the team by clearing impediments, keeping the project on track, and publishing dashboards. This keeps everyone aware of where we are.
In Stakeholder Management, I work very closely with engineering, product, legal, finance, and business teams to ensure that there is alignment, that our goals are clear, and that we all are headed in the right direction.

As an acting Product Owner,
Prioritizes and sequences the user stories backlog according to business value or ROI In Sprint Planning, I help the team to understand the user stories by writing the acceptance criteria and making sure the Definition of Done is agreed.
Assists with the refinement of user stories into smaller tasks
Once the Sprint backlog is confirmed, then define the sprint goal.
Interdependencies are identified in the initial stage so that our work never gets blocked.
Conduct daily stand-up, review, and retrospective for five teams as a Scrum Master.
In the stand-up, I ensure the project is on track and help reduce impediments.
Also, publish dashboards regularly.
