I am passionate about healthcare administration and offering a culture of excellence. Although I have always worked in healthcare in the clinical field, I wanted to make a more significant impact through administration, as has been my goal.
I have worked as a clinical CNA for 6 years. I work at Huntsman in their ICU as a CNA and Telementry Tech. This summer, I was offered an internship position in training at Paramount Health and Rehabilitation as a Healthcare Admin (AIT). I worked on the financials and revenue to help support budget goals. I oversaw all department heads, created an education plan when the state came in for their annual visits, and corrected the insufficient tags. I was also involved in building a culture of excellence.
