I understand the challenges of leading and supervising personnel and complex matrixed teams and have consistently built team cohesion and commitment to mission goals.
Over 20 years in Project Management, Integration and Systems Engineering in Aerospace, IT products, operations and project planning with schedule, cost, budget and risk management skills.
