I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience providing individual, family, and parenting education services to children, teens, youths and families coping with mental health issues, domestic violence, and trauma across both outpatient and school-based settings (online and in-person) in English and Spanish.
Licensed Therapist (2017 - Current): Provides individual and family therapy for youth under 18 at Palm Beach County Youth Service, addressing mental health, domestic violence, and trauma. Responsibilities include developing school-based and parenting programs, managing a comprehensive caseload (assessments, treatment plans, discharge), and determining follow-up services.
Mental Health Therapist (2014 - 2016): Focused on providing psychotherapy at the Center for Family Services, specifically for child and teenage victims of sexual abuse using the Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral (TF-CBT) approach. Also provided general psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and EAP clients, including early childhood mental health counseling.
