Started working at CACI in a helpdesk position for a DHS TSA contract. I quickly moved up as a team lead, then supervisor and was in a management role for over 2 years. Soon after I moved into a management role for Asset Management for the same contract. Had quite a lot of technical experience due to both my positions as well as experience dealing with CDRLS's / Ticketing Systems / Asset Management Software's etc.
Currently working on obtaining my degree in IT.
