I am a Technical Support Representative looking for a new role and ready for new challenges. I have been in IT for 9+ years.
Most of my professional experiences has been with Service Desk role. Recently have taken on a Desktop Technician role for the last 2 years.
My most recent education was in IT technology with network emphasis. I achieved an associate degree from Des Moines Area Community College. I have also obtained a Physical Science degree (Chemisty, Biology, Computer sciences) from Grandview College
