During my college years, I developed a strong passion for multimedia production and honed my skills in this field. Following my graduation in 2007 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film from the School of Visual Arts in New York, I embarked on an exciting journey.
I started my professional career as an Associate Producer at Skytown Entertainment from March 2007 to December 2008. In this role, I facilitated the production of various projects, including marketing videos, short films, actor reels, and music videos. I took charge of all post-production tasks, such as footage ingestion, editing, export, DVD printing, and web publishing.
Additionally, I played a vital role in designing the production workflow and business model for the company's actor reel service, which became a primary revenue generator. Throughout my time at Skytown Entertainment, I managed client communication, improved process efficiency, and ensured successful project delivery.
After gaining valuable experience as an Associate Producer, I moved on to work as a Video Producer at Rodman & Renshaw from September 2009 to August 2012. In this position, I produced and edited over 1,000 videos for the organization's client video portal, resulting in millions of views. I was responsible for managing and operating a multi-camera studio for daily on-site video shoots, overseeing significant upgrades to the studio infrastructure.
Additionally, I maintained a comprehensive database of video content and collaborated with the web development team to optimize video performance on the company's website. During my tenure, I also played a pivotal role in implementing global webcasting capabilities, enabling interactive virtual events with clients and company executives.
In August 2012, I joined Neuberger Berman as a Video Producer, later assuming the roles of Vice President, Senior Video Producer, and currently serving as the Vice President, Multimedia Production Lead. Over the years, I have been instrumental in building and leading the Multimedia department, responsible for developing, producing, post-producing, and delivering video, photography, and podcast content across a global network of over 2,000 employees in 36 cities. My strategic operational strategies have significantly increased production volume, elevated production capabilities, and set global multimedia standards.
Collaborating with teams across regions, I execute high-impact video programs aligned with business objectives, foster strategic partnerships, and generate substantial client leads. I also spearheaded the design and construction of an on-site multimedia studio, overseeing all aspects of production, including state-of-the-art camera, lighting, audio, and studio infrastructure. Working closely with web, design, and content writing teams, I ensure consistency of voice and branding, providing creative guidance for numerous global marketing campaigns.
In summary, my journey from college to my current role as Vice President, Multimedia Production Lead at Neuberger Berman has allowed me to accumulate extensive experience in multimedia production, creative direction, team management, and operational strategy.
