Direct Support Professional at SLS Community (2025-12 – Present)

• Implement skill development and behavior reduction programs grounded in ABA methodology.
• Assist with medication, documentation, symptom checks, overnight checks, and light household tasks.
• Build genuine, compassionate relationships and rapport with neurodivergent Community Participants, including those with behavioral challenges.

School Support Specialist at Burrell Behavioral Health (2023-04 – 2025-10)

• Provide onsite intervention and psychoeducation for a caseload of 30-35 adolescent clients.
• Collaborate with School Based Therapist, Client parents, and School Administration and Staff to meet client needs and maintain rapport.

• Responsible for developing, implementing, supervising, evaluating & monitoring local and national programs for Club members in the Tween Room.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other staff members to ensure a positive Club climate and culture.
