I am an individual who has perfected my customer service skills through many years on the job. I am customer obsessed and passionate about helping them solve their problems and making their day a little brighter. I do this by being detail oriented, organized and focused on goals that will ultimately make their experience better.

I have worked in the customer service field for over 10 years. First as a contractor and later as a fulltime employee with Intuit. During this time I assisted customers through email, phone and chat. I consistently met and exceeded goals while adhering to company policies.

I have trained, upskilled and lead teams where we have consistently exceeded goals.

I have observed and monitored agents and analyzed data, to find knowledge gaps. Once found, I developed upskillings and distributed them to agents, then later analyzed data to ensure they were implemented.
