Current Position: Purchasing New Model Project Lead for Civic vehicle. Responsible for overall development, tooling release, and quality maturation of outsourced parts. Reporting units within New Model Development include Parts Delivery, Quality, Material Service, Packaging, and Transportation.
Establish and manage overall budget for department-related investments and expenses, including exclusive parts returnable packaging. Oversee budget related to outsource tooling modification during new model development. Communicate status of supplier development, outsource part maturation, and related parts packaging to C-level executives throughout New Model development cycle.
Responsible for mass production readiness and start of production launch for outsourced parts related to model project.
