I'd like to introduce myself and present my various skills that I believe would benefit your organization. While my background is varied, I thrive in a fast-paced environment and have extensive customer service skills. I've been able to create a proven track record of staying organized and cool tempered during the most chaotic days. My time at Benfatti A/C had me in a customer facing position, but also communicating with many different companies tracking down and following through with warranty information, both at the generation of the warranty and also following up to confirm the terms of a previously activated warranty. At the Boondock Ranch, I broadened my skills even further by helping the business in many areas, including sales, payroll, and organization of the collected sales data.
