After substitute teaching for 3 years, I have obtained my Master's in Elementary Education and am an Arizona State Certified Teacher. I am completing my first year of teaching 3rd grade and am looking for the chance to make a bigger impact. I am looking to grow myself, while helping others, students or otherwise, grow and discover who they are and what they want to be in this world and how they can make their greatest impact.
I have been a paralegal, a birth doula and newborn care specialist, a fitness trainer and competitor, and now a teacher as I continue to be a mom first and foremost. Anything I put my mind to, I can succeed in. I was a substitute for three years in the Queen Creek Unified School District, and now am completing my first year of teaching at Basis Mesa.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from James Madison University and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University.
