I have been a credit and collection analyst for over twenty five-year, and I am very passionate in workjng with customers, and providing them help with t0heir accounts, and through out the years working with different companies and platforms, it provided me with several skills that would be suitable for any company looking for the right candidate for the same position.
I set up credit application, by reviewing D&B reports and Consumer reports, in order to provide a new account for customer wanting to purchase food for the restaurant. I also deal with B2B accounts and E-commerce group, and their Financials. Provide invoices, and credit memos in order to coll what is due. Review aging reports, and able to reconcile accounts.
I have a BSA in Clinical Psychology from Bronx Community College, and an advisory board member for the auto class provided.
