I have plenty of experience in customer service, and 4 1/2 years in the call center setting in customer service and sales rep support. In my most recent jobs I was often on the list of top performers, and was recommended multiple times for promotions to team lead, and Quality Assurance/training. I was also asked often to assist with training new employees and spent time on the escalation team assisting customers who needed extra assistance.
I've worked in a bakery baking and packaging, I was a manager for a company that rented out animal scooter rides in the mall for kids to ride and excelled at working with customers and getting down to the kids' level. I also have warehouse experience, sorting clothing and accessories into different bins based on categories

I have interest mostly in call center or office settings, or in Childcare but open to anything. I have not officially worked in childcare but I have been a child care provider for my siblings and other family members and friends for 20+ years. But I'm open to learning new trades or working anywhere.
I do have a gap in my employment, I got laid off in November 2023 and I decided to keep myself open for a few months to take care of my sisters 3 year old twins so she could work. When that ended, my mom got injured skiing so ive been her caretaker up until now as she's been cleared to go back to work. As well as doing outdoor chores for my grandparents, and volunteering at scera outdoor theater on movie nights and play nights.
I am just getting back into looking for employment and can start right away.

My most recent job was sales support for sunrun. I assisted sales reps in fixing errors on accounts and performing verification calls.
