I am a career CFO / VP of finance with 15 years of experience reporting directly to CEO / BOD.

Extensive experience in financial reporting for various audiences both internal and external including bank reporting, tax preparation and filing, FP&A, raising debt and equity financing, GAAP and audit facilitation, accounting department management and operational optimization.

Broad knowledge of business risk, insurance and bonding management across multiple industries including heavy construction, facility and fleets, and industrial waste (frac water) transportation and handling. HR policy & benefits, payroll practices. Experience as HR and IT department manager in smaller organizations, and supervising HR and IT managers in larger ones.

I also have hands on operational management experience in the oil and gas industry where I started and ran a specialty waste hauling company as a sister company to Hydro Recovery, LLC (now part of Keystone Clearwater.)

I am currently working as the CFO of a small private equity group with $55M in annual revenues across 3 portfolio companies, and exploring opportunities in the Southern NH & Northern MA region.

I have performed the VP of Finance / CFO role in multiple industries including specialty manufacturing, oil and gas industry waste handling and treatment, heavy construction, and government funded not for profit administration. I have raised over $50M in debt and equity financing with my various teams over this time.
