Hello,
My name is Chris Fleming and I have spent most of my life working in various polymer industries from DuPont, Profusion Industries and currently Transcendia.
I worked for Profusion Industries for 7-8 years as a manufacturing supervisor making Transit Matting, TPO, Vinyl and Specialty films.
DuPont- Material Handler- preparing finished product for shipment.
Profusion Industries- Production Supervisor- ensured safety first policies were followed, production goals and rates were met or exceeded expectations, ensured quality met or exceeded expectations. Wrote SOP's, JSA's. Implemented 5s and Lean Manufacturing.
Transcendia- Machine Operator ensuring products are completed on time and quality standards met.
High School Diploma from Warren Local.
