I am Responsible for 56 workers at the CCBU AMA Chassis lines focusing on continues improvement for obtain the better output with the high quality, reducing the scrap and produce a high-quality product to our primary costumer. Improve production efficiency from 55% to 95%.
Also, I help to improve the Chimera & Yosemite Servers loading process getting twice more racks.
Reduction of the absenteeism ratio from 20 % to 2 % and the turnaround and develop a strong and stable work force.
Also responsible for product quality assurance, using Statistical tools like: WO, Flow process, 4M Board and all Lean Manufacturing, SPC, 7 wastes 5’s Root Cause Analysis, KAIZEN
I help to develop the SOS works instruction and process flow with the AMA -Pe engineer to obtain the most efficient process.
Successfully pass Is09001certification and AMA and three audits.

After the successfully travel to Japan for working on the P33A 2021 Rogue doors line, I was transferred to For 1st Shift supervisor on the new door line for P42R Pathfinder then to P42Q Infinity (15 workers).
I developed the SOS works instruction and process flow to obtain the most efficient process to assembly the doors panel reducing the scrap and produce a high quality product to our primary customer Nissan
North America.
I was Responsible for 25 workers at the assembly line of Headliner L42P for Nissan Altima and B12P
Leaf, previously for 01 year and 6 month) I was responsible for 36 workers at the assembly line of Headliner P42J/K for Nissan Infinity, Pathfinder and Rogue, responsible for product quality assurance, using
SOS, 4M Board and all Lean Manufacturing, SPC, 7 wastes 5’s Root Cause Analysis, , KAIZEN an continues improvement techniques for safety and production.
