4PL export account customer service and main Logistics coordinator, manager of orders, and how they are logistically prepared and shipped. Broken down per business line.
Main Objective: To integrate the account (the customer) In our LLP project, by emphasizing and promoting our process from A-Z, ensuring the 4PL export process is upheld, meeting expectations and company goals by upholding KPI standards. While also being the key representative for the various business entities at Evonik, by questions, logistical guidance, and needed collaboration from service vendors.
- Email correspondence and management- Primary form of communication with clients and vendors.
- Swiftly Trouble shooting issues with clients and vendors, to solve the blockades in any process of the shipments, and to better coordinate logistically at any point in the shipment's life span.
- Proper email filing and set up, for a more organized inbox, promoting organized email behavior to lessen oversight influenced errors.
- Operating 4PL system and FFW system/ Export operational duties- User interface system and operational duties.
- Receiving orders from customers in the 4PL system (Air and Sea), finding a schedule that best fits their cargo readiness date (CRD) and their requested delivery date (RDD) and sending it to the customers system via EDI.
- Troubleshooting system issues, between EDI transmissions to FFW system and/or customers system.
- Maintain system organization and assist in cleaning up idle files.
- Upkeeping AES/ FMC filing.
- Overseeing the overall export process for hundreds of orders a month.
- Excel report creation and management- Making reports of data collected.
- Update, inform, and assist clients with visual oversight of operations for a better understanding of quality and success of the overall operational process. The reports also helped me guide the issue/ task at hand for a more decisive and informed decision, boosting operational proficiency.
- Staff improvement and developing- Teaching operational processes.

- Dissecting and investigating reasonings behind inefficiencies by creating timelines of the operational history or events transpired of the overall results.
- Back tracing events, verifying data received, reviewing FFW tasks, and communication utilized and comprised, to provide a summary on why the order was not within KPI standards.
Import Logistics Coordinator at Dynamic World Wide (2022-06 – 2023-08)
- Checking for new incoming bookings from clients, to be properly prepared for overseas importing.
- Properly offering on-going competitive rates for future clientele business, while assuring our own profits.
- Coordinating with our overseas exporting divisions across China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Indonesia, to assure the best routes for the goods to be imported with customer approved ETD – ETA.
- Coordinating with ISF brokers, trucking brokers, and port representatives, to prepare for goods to be customs cleared, also to be transported through cost affective intermodal services to final destinations.
- Updating all correspondence participants on a daily basis, through primarily email and cellular means for each shipment under our watch, including clients, brokers, and overseas agents. Which consists of ETDETA changes, rate changes, and other relevant shipment route changes or cut off times.
- Accurate filing of paperwork, such as BLS, MBLS, A/N, and other relevant shipment documents such as P/L's. Also operating systematical filing/ updating system (IES), to ensure all shipment information are recorded and easily traceable.
- Calculating shipment expenses + Rates given to the client to then Distribute billing and 7501's.
Terminal Clerk 3 at ESTES Express Lines (2021-09 – 2022-05)
Promoted to Terminal Clerk 3 position due to outstanding involvement in the job environment
- Billing and coding on all newly picked up shipments on a daily.
- Making sure the deliveries that were successful or sent back to the terminal were properly labeled, processed, and scanned into the system for corporate verification.
- Made quotes for customer inquiries curious about how much their delivery would cost.
- Authorized for placing fees and extra charges when needed to, for delivery modifications.
Terminal Clerk 1 at ESTES Express Lines (2021-06 – 2021-09)
- Picked up incoming phone calls and monitored emails from clients and customers.
- Made over 100 daily delivery appointments for residential and commercial customer/clients daily, verifying the agreements of the delivery.
- Assured payment was verified through third parties and shippers by searching the system for active accounts.
- Manifested paperwork for our daily deliveries every morning in a timely manner, as the drivers handling and delivering the freight needed to be on the road ASAP.
- Was responsible for dispatching and arriving line haul drivers for inbound and outbound freight.

As a concierge, I happily enjoyed getting to know hundreds of residents and being a pivotal role in tenants' everyday lives. Being personable and treating others like family is who I am, so being able to utilize those character traits made the work experience that much enjoyable and welcoming
- At the front desk, I was a guide for all three buildings at the Estuary Apartments making sure I knew the location of all facilities and how to give specific instructions on how to get to these destinations, opening and closing of the amenities, and communicating the rules and regulations of these facilities.
- Mail handling of over hundreds of packages, processing each package into the system, systematically organizing packages by apartment number, and distribution.
