I've worked in customer service for many years. First, I gained a lot of practical knowledge working in the finance industry as a debt collector, and later I supervised retail customer service for Walmart. I believe that I have above-average to exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
On many occasions, I've been tasked with helping disgruntled shoppers compose themselves. Although some customers may feel justified in venting their frustrations, people reciprocate kindness for kindness when someone genuinely cares and is trying to diffuse an unpleasant situation.
I am currently finishing up my sophomore year at Southern New Hampshire University as a Business Marketing Major. I really enjoyed learning about psycho-social development on how to market products and services to diverse and structured communities, along with product development.
