I am contacting you because I am interested in the Imaging Services Coordinator position and have over 18 years of clinical experience working in the medical field. I have worked with a large breadth of referring physicians, including orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, general surgeons as well as primary care physicians, internists as well as acute and long-term rehabilitation specialists, patients, and their families. I’ve worked as an Admissions Coordinator for a large acute rehabilitation hospital, specializing in shock trauma patients as well as several rehabilitation facilities for close to twenty years.

As an Admission Coordinator, I was responsible for evaluating the patients both clinically and financially.

Unfortunately, I was required to pause my career in 2010 due to an unanticipated medical condition. Recently, thanks to a medical procedure I had over a year ago, I feel well and capable of working at least part-time.

I have a B.A. from the California State University, Chico as well as as over 15 years as an Admission Coordinator evaluating patients' ability to meet both clinical and financial criteria.
