I am excited to apply for the Clinical Liaison / Admissions Coordinator position at The Terraces of Boise. In my current role I manage all aspects of admissions and managed care operations, including prior authorizations, weekly continued-stay reviews, new admissions documentation, and facility marketing and design. I combine my strong clinical coordination skills with exceptional attention to regulatory detail and a proven ability to create professional print and digital collateral that supports patient intake and community outreach.

Director of Admissions and Marketing - COTA at Skyline Transitional Care Center (2023-2026)

• Maintain all managed care prior authorizations for admissions, securing timely approvals and reducing delays in patient placement.
• Perform weekly continued-stay reviews to ensure compliance with payer criteria and optimize reimbursement.
• Coordinate full admissions process: pre-admission paperwork, insurance verification, bed placement, and new-patient intake on arrival.
