In my role as the Culture Team Lead at doTERRA Member Services, I have successfully applied effective time management skills to balance the work-life dynamics of both my Culture Advocates and me. Maintaining a high level of organization across various work domains within a department is of paramount importance to me.

I have spearheaded innovative strategies that cultivate a growth-oriented work environment, collaborating closely with my team. Possessing expertise in utilizing tools such as Canva, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Verint/Avaya reporting, and Aluvii, I am well-prepared to tackle organizational challenges in any role I undertake. However, my ultimate motivation lies in working within a professional setting that values collective achievement and strives to deliver the best possible outcomes.
