Accountable for providing support to the Maintenance Renewals Sales team; USA, CANADA. Ensure the internal/external customer receives a timely and accurate maintenance renewal quotation, have familiarity with the various support plans available for the company’s product lines and able to articulate the features, benefits, and pricing of those plans to partners and end users. Capable of probing for customer requirements to match a support plan to the customer’s needs.
Act as an advisor to Sales on the proposal of support services and maintain current knowledge of product lines and product configurations.
