I am a recent graduate of Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, focusing on Population and Global Health, and a minor in Kinesiology – Exercise Science. My academic excellence and dedication to improving workplace and environmental safety earned me the 2024 James P. Keogh Scholarship from the American Public Health Association and recognition as the Outstanding Public Health Major for 2023-2024.
My professional experiences include interning with the Occupational Health Internship Program (OHIP), where I conducted research on respiratory and noise hazards, collaborated with OSHA consultants, and presented findings at a national conference attended by NIOSH and CDC representatives. I’ve also supported education as a Cadaver Teaching Assistant, guiding physical therapy students through musculoskeletal and organ anatomy, and as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant in anatomy and physiology.
