The Goleta Union School District ASP supports the community by offering a safe, supportive place for students to attend after the school day. Through organized games, arts and crafts activities, and self-directed creative play, the program provides families with high quality care emphasizing socio-emotional learning.

• Lead a group of 15-20 elementary school students in organized play and academic enrichment
• Plan, organize, and lead daily activities such as outdoor games, creative art projects, and math enrichment promoting teamwork and leadership skills

Teaching Assistant at UCSB Early Childhood Care and Education Services (2024-06 – 2025-06)

The UCSB ECCES provides quality childcare and education for small children whose parents study, teach, or work at the university. They are committed to fostering a strong community between teachers, children, and parents, in addition to providing a supportive environment for students to cultivate a joy for learning.

• Help plan, organize, set up and clean up curriculum activities, general housekeeping
• Supervise and interact with children; mealtimes, rest periods, restroom times, playtimes, and activity times in indoor/outdoor environments

Children's Ministry Teacher at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills Children's Ministry (2017-06 – 2023-08)

The Children's Ministry department of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills is a meticulously organized and highly secure sect of the church that is dedicated to protecting, entertaining, and teaching Bible lessons to around 270 students from ages 3-5 twice a week.

• Managed and oversaw class-time with a team of 4 other teachers, communicated behavioral expectations to students, rewarded and disciplined students accordingly.
• Facilitated 30-minute lessons with toddlers and directed craft time, in addition to managing classroom supplies and paperwork.

Campus Ministry Leader, Member at Epic Movement, UCSB (2024-06 – Present)

Epic Movement is a Christian campus ministry under Cru with chapters at numerous universities nationwide. The ministry aims to foster a welcoming and comfortable environment for Asian American students to explore faith and build fellowship through outreach and inreach events, Bible studies, and service projects.

• Engaged in faith-based leadership and cross-cultural outreach at weekly general meetings.
• Organized weekly team meetings and projects, fostered inclusive community among Asian American students
