I have been in customer service for 6 years! I have taken a assistant manager learning course and really learned how to talk and communicate with with not only upset customers, but with the amazing ones aswell. I know how to sell items/promos. I have done up to 16 hour shifts in good spirits while being on my feet. I really think that I would be an amazing assistant that can connect with staff and customers. I really love working with people and communicating face to face to problem solve.
I was an assistant general manager at sonic drive in for almost two years, but was with the company for 3. I had customers that would specifically ask for me to take orders/run orders/ and even just to chat. In those two years I had to problem solve not only in person but follow our store policies over the phone. I always tried my hardest to do as much as I could for anyone who came through. I really believe that one good experience can leave a long lasting impression on a person. I also did our store counts, handled complaints, and got serv safe certified so that I could give the best service I could.
The AMLC is a learning course that gives tools for communication, number crunching, and gives an overall look on how small things affect the companies.
Serv safe gave me a great understanding on how important keeping things sanitary and clean is. While learning about bacteria, viruses, and illnesses.
I am highschool graduate with some college credit, im just unsure what i want to go to school for!
