Danielle Vardakas

I teach yoga, mindfulness and children's dance. I currently run a nonprofit yoga company and teach dance at 3 locations. I have taught yoga teacher trainings and mentored new teachers for the last 15 years. My 60th teacher training is in January 2025.

My teaching experience spans 30 years in dance and 25 years for yoga. I have also directed and managed studio affairs for over 10 years and have 15 years leading yoga teacher trainings.

I directed a dance studio for 10 years and held performances twice per year. I owned and operated a yoga center in Vermont for 8 years. In Arizona, I taught dance history, technique and culture at Maricopa community colleges and directed the dance programing at Arts Academy Grade Schools.
