I provide movement, yoga and mindfulness training for children. I cater to different private schools in my area. I have teaching experience of 10 years and prior to teaching yoga to children I worked as a teacher in primary school.
I am an early childhood educator with over a decade of experience nurturing young learners across Montessori, preschool, play‑based, and enrichment settings. My work is rooted in the belief that children thrive when they feel seen, supported, and inspired—and I strive to create environments where curiosity, creativity, and confidence can flourish.
Over the years, I’ve served as an assistant teacher, lead teacher, and enrichment instructor, developing responsive curriculum, conducting developmental assessments, and supporting individualized learning needs. I’ve worked in both school and home‑based programs, always prioritizing culturally sensitive, inclusive, whole‑child approaches.
Most recently, I’ve expanded my practice into children’s yoga and mindfulness, designing imaginative sessions that help young learners build self‑awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of inner calm. Whether I’m guiding a yoga story, facilitating play‑based exploration, or supporting classroom routines, my goal is the same: to help children feel capable, connected, and joyful in their learning journey.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Ness Wadia College of Commerce (2004) and later strengthened my foundation in early childhood education by earning an Early Childhood Development Certificate from Northern Virginia Community College in 2017, graduating with a 3.9 GPA. My commitment to holistic, child‑centered learning continues to grow through ongoing professional development, including my 200‑Hour Yoga Alliance certification.
