Im a hard worker i have an ability to talk to anyone about anything. I have a good sense of humor and I enjoy meeting new people.
I began working in 2017 after my mother passed away. I took care of her every day. When she passed I began my work life.
My first job was with Solera INC. AKA Lynx Services
2017 to 2021
I worked on platform called Wheels Fleet Management.
My duties included but not limited to taking accident reports for the fleet vehicles
Shops would call in and I would also create a Invoice or PO for them to get paid for maintenance and or repairs to vehicles.
I worked for Fleet Response. This was also a Fleet management company mainly for semi trucks
I also worked with Church Mutual Insurance.
I would take damage claims for damage to churches and also I took sexual molestation claims
Then in 2019 I trained for FNOL (First Notice of Loss). I worked for Texas Farm Bureau, Tennessee Farm Bureau and many more
2020 I works for Mapfre Insurance company I became burnt out with all the heart breaking calls
I left in 2021 for a break in those calls In March 2021 I started a job at Railcrew Xpress
My job was to transport barge and railroad workers to the barge and or train safely. I left there after I had an accident in my personal vehicle, I had not been there long enough for time off so they fired me.
2024 to 2025 I went back to Lynx Services
My platform then was State Farm.
My duties were to take glass only claims and contact the glass vendor that the policyholder wanted.
In 2024 I changed platforms to State Farm Bid team
My duties included contracting dealerships getting glass prices and install amounts.
Then State Farm left Lynx Services and I went to
Dealer Services when my duties included setting appointments for maintenance for their vehicles.
I was asked to get a ADA accommodation and FLMA and the day my doctor sent it in to our leaves company they fired me for my health.
Then i began my final job as a Customer Service Professional at H&R Block where I would set appointments, scan documents, answer phones and take payments.
I moved around another due to my father's job I've lived in Ohio 2 times Paducah Louisiana Arkansas and in 1987 we moved back here. I graduated from Reidland High School aka McCracken High School.
