Darby oversees GYC’s human resources and operations. This includes recruitment, orientation, compensation and benefits, performance evaluations and best practices for policies and procedures to name a few.
Born and raised in Montana, Darby has grown up exploring, camping, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and enjoying many of the nooks and crannies of the West. With a B.S. in business and a love for the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, it is to no surprise Darby found working with the Greater Yellowstone Coalition a perfect fit.
