During my career, I have not only led but actively participated in all aspects of video production, from concept development and scripting to storyboarding, filming, lighting,
camera operation, editing, and final delivery. Throughout all this, I’ve consistently delivered high-quality work that aligns with brand standards. For the past eight years,
I’ve managed the video team at my current company. In this capacity, I’ve recruited and trained a growing team of videographers/editors and played a pivotal role in establishing the department’s creative voice.
My work in my current role includes creating product promotions, sponsor videos, digital signage, educational courses, and event recaps. I also develop videos for numerous live events each year and shoot on-location. These events include a yearly conference in Europe, Asia, and an annual U.S. conference which is attended by over 2000 people.
Other responsibilities in my role include overseeing shooting schedules and exploring innovative equipment to enhance production quality, all within budget constraints. Under my leadership, the video department has consistently grown every year in both production output and audience reach.
