I am an Information Technology professional with 2 years of experience , who is self-driven and goal oriented, with the ability to work independently or as a team member. My specialization includes Tier I/II desktop support, system migration,
diagnosis, and troubleshooting. I’m actively seeking a role that offers the ability to add value to a company by using my current skills and allows me to increase my technical knowledge.
through out the years since i first started my first IT job i have experience in troubleshooting devices such as replacing the components that are worn out inside of these device. those i would handle would be PC's , Desktops, All in one desktops, and PDA's as well. i also have a fair share of reimaging these devices too before i would deliver the devices to our customers. another service that i do is providing individual item request whether that would be a ink cartridge , toner, GFE phone, PC, Desktops and printers as well.
My most recent and relevant education is that i have recently obtained my CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+) and a year ago i also obtained the CompTIA Security+ certificate as well further educating my self in the IT carrier field
