Yoga coach with 10 years of personal practice and 4 years of coaching experience across the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) and online. I specialize in gentle, restorative, and mindful yoga practices that help clients reduce stress, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies. I’ve guided individuals and small groups through sessions both in person and virtually through platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, creating accessible wellness experiences for diverse communities.

Experienced wellness coach providing yoga, meditation, and chair yoga in high-stress environments and community settings. I’ve worked with 911 call takers and dispatchers through the DC Office of Unified Communications, guiding brief desk-based practices they can use while on calls or between shifts to help reduce stress and reset focus. I’ve also supported community wellness initiatives and programs with Montgomery County Government, and led kids yoga sessions in group settings at festivals and back-to-school events, helping children build calm, confidence, and body awareness through movement and mindfulness.
My yoga education has continued to evolve as I deepen my knowledge of holistic wellness and body awareness. In addition to my yoga training, I have expanded my studies into becoming a personal trainer with ISSA, a DNA-based fitness coach, and I am currently studying to become a massage therapist. I also incorporate stretch therapy into my practice to better support mobility, recovery, and overall well-being.
My goal is to continuously grow my knowledge so I can provide well-rounded services that benefit both individual clients and the broader community.
