For six years now I have been working in customer service and have a profound skill set when working with the public. I take pride in my compassion and ability to empathize with others, while keeping situations managed and under control. I am known for being reliable and taking responsibility.
I have worked in many different atmospheres, all pertaining to customer service. I’ve worked at my local hospital KRMC as a Member Service Representative/receptionist for six years and have done a Call Center Representative position for them as well. I have experience with answering phone calls, signing people up for the facility, making appointments, filing paper work, and handling any situation thrown at me.
Currently I have my high school diploma, and I am working on going to school.
