• Provides speech-language therapy and feeding therapy to children ages 2-21 with diagnoses including Autism, Down Syndrome, Learning and Language disabilities, and complex medical needs
• Administers and interprets comprehensive evaluations including standardized and non-standardized assessments and develops and implements individualized treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team 
• Communicates and provides education and training to families and caregivers 
• Experience with a variety of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices including programming devices to align with growing vocabularies and goals

• Responsibilities included the evaluation and treatment of adults with complex medical needs, including dysphagia, acquired language disorders, motor speech disorders, and voice disorders in both skilled and long-term care
• Case management included implementing individualized treatment plans following evaluation, communication within a multidisciplinary team setting, and providing education to families and caregivers
• Assisted in the use of Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) and interpretation of results including the development of treatment plans
• Communicated interprofessionally with nurses, occupational therapists and physical therapists to create best plan of care and monitor progress
