I love to learn about how office systems work just as much as I do figuring out how to scale and connect a stage for an artist. I know my way around an artist management office, as an office manager, and executive assistant to the CEO. I’ve also gathered a bunch of empathy for artists by working closely with them and understanding their needs on a stage.
I pay close attention to how their live show works. I hope that kind of experience can help strengthen an office team even further. Working side-by-side with artists like Matt and Kim (The Fader Label), Bratmobile (Kill Rockstars), cumgirl8 (4AD Records), Kicking Giant (K Records), Venus Twins (Three One G), and Angélica Garcia (ParPsan Records) has given me the experience of building with a team.
