VP Lending and Member Relations at Jackson Area FCU (2017-03 – 2026-06)
I was hired as their VP Lending and Member Relations where I supervised all the loan officers and member service representatives in 3 locations. Audited their daily work for errors and all paperwork was completed, signed and dated. I also reviewed credit reports and proceed loan closings.
Managed timecards and completed annual reviews. Other duties assigned were reviewing and approving IRA accounts, filing GAP, and warranty claims. I was also processing Credit Life and Credit Disability claims that were submitted and posted the payments when received.
Along with that I added collateral protection to loans and completed all paperwork and payments.
