The 2nd, is a Program/Project Office who only manages specific major large project, multiple projects, or a specific fund like Working Capital Funds.
The 3rd, is a Contracting Office who already has a contract writing system to create contract documents however the system cannot track the expenditure of the money funded on the contracts.
Technology & Tools: Microsoft ASP.NET / C# / OOP / MS-SQL, MS-Project, JIRA.
