Throughout my career I have systematically approached how I can improve service while increasing efficiency. At EVO and Heartland, I was charged with training and team building for two recently acquired companies. EVO was running older equipment in a 24-hour driver relay for US Mail. I was able to improve service from 91.7% on time to 96.7%, while reducing maintenance issues and expenses. The Heartland terminal saw the O/R improve by almost 6 pts for a 160-truck terminal in one year. I also managed up to 680 drivers at Heartland corporate. Operating experience includes dry, refrigerated, flatbed and heavy haul, final mile, intermodal, brokerage, dedicated, regional, OTR, and automotive.
