As an accomplished Program Manager and Business Development/Capture professional with 30 years of experience leading complex federal programs, managing multi-million dollar contracts, and delivering mission-critical solutions across data science, healthcare IT, cybersecurity, and life sciences, I am now pivoting back to the Delivery side of contracting. I bring a proven track record managing programs valued at $150M+ while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. I have expertise in federal program governance, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership with deep knowledge of DoD, VA, DHA, and civilian agency requirements (e.g., HHS).
Finally, my experience also includes business analysis and program lifecycle management from initiation through closeout, including contract compliance, performance management, and continuous process improvement.
