I bring a proven track record managing programs valued at $150M+ while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. I have expertise in federal program governance, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership with deep knowledge of DoD, VA, DHA, and civilian agency requirements (e.g., HHS).

Finally, my experience also includes business analysis and program lifecycle management from initiation through closeout, including contract compliance, performance management, and continuous process improvement.
