Assist employees, vendors, clients, or members by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and service requests for DBOs, Unauthorized transactions, and Stop payments. Review, balance, and interpret computer reports, and make correction. Monitors overdrawn member accounts and respond accordingly.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records, and review for accuracy. Review and process ACH exceptions, Credit cards, ECM, Wires, Drafts, reclamations, etc. Prepare and post all corporate expense card reports.
Knowledge of daily balancing processes.
