I have had a carrier for over 35 years developing the company’s I have worked for and I am extremely confident that I will be able to add value in a leadership position.

I have led my teams through rounds of technological, managerial changes over the years. I pivoted my team’s strategy and training my direct reports in order to the changing demands for customers. That are in line with the company’s values.

I have led collection teams through rounds of managerial and industry changes. And have not been shy to bring their abilities to a whole new level with training.

I am confident that with my experience I can offer the successes building high-functional teams. Brand cognitional growth. I believe with my collection skills I have devolved over the years would allow me to work seamlessly with my team and my supervisor that I will show over time my loyalty and respect to them and over time showing that we can show what team work is about. ..For the last 6 years I have been doing auditing and consulting work with business that have fallen prey to bad bookkeepers errors cleaning the problems in there ledgers. I really wont to get into a commitment with a company for the next to 10 years.

The bottom line is to add loyalty and respect to all people I work with in the company.
