Elizabeth Finke

Hello everyone!

I’m an experienced HR Professional with a strong administration and leadership background. I have a passion for psychology, primarily industrial and social, but have studied and worked in the healthcare field as well. After 8 years in the manufacturing field, I decided to earn my Bachelors in Psychology with a concentration in organizational development and human resources. I’m looking to use my experience and education to transition into a role directed at leading and empowering others.

I have held positions in several different fields, including manufacturing and healthcare. Human resources is where I have found myself the most comfortable. I'm responsible for recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and policies. In previous positions, I've been responsible for training and employee learning.

I graduated from USI with a bachelors in psychology. I took several classes in business administration, healthcare administration, and computer sciences.
