I have worked in the customer service industry for a total of 8 years. Throughout my careers, I have been promoted to manager and been given extra responsibilities. My managerial responsibilities have truly assisted me grow into the hardworking and dedicated person I am today.
I’ve always stepped up to supervise and take a leadership role. Due to my experience as a manager in the customer service industry; I am able to recognize company standards and fulfill them. As a result, I am confident in my ability to handle tasks with accuracy and diligence.
I am also able to work efficiently in fast paced environments. On many occasions, I find myself having to juggle helping customers, answering phones, as well as completing a daily task list. I have gained the ability to become a great multi-tasker over the years.
I have also been in charge of training new employees, as well as current employees in new positions based on my knowledge. Most importantly, I take pride in my work. Customer satisfaction is a top priority of mine and I will go above and beyond to achieve that.
I am an outgoing individual who has a lot of experience in communicating with others, learning how to problem solve, as well as being a leader in many different instances.
