I'm most inspired when designing creative and effective solutions to improve systems. Due to my interpersonal skills I often act as mediator, mentor and liaison between teams and individuals. I’ve embodied a number of roles in my career aimed at the personal and professional development of others. I have a progressive and solution-oriented perspective; I'm energized by creating and engaging inventive practices that challenge inherent bias and spark ingenuity. I’m an articulate communicator and active listener. I inspire confidence by following thru and following up when presented with tasks or situations that require my attention. I'm meticulous and conscientious in my work and dealings with others. I excel in dynamic environments with multiple teams and am skilled at pivoting with unexpected change.

My career has had a focus on providing support for others. I've been an educator in both public schools and the work environment, was a TA in college and have worked in IT Support and office management.
