I have a few years of research experience and five years of experience in human resources. My most recent role was as an HR Generalist at a large private equity organization. I was responsible for various HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. I managed a large and diverse workforce successfully and was praised by my colleagues for my strong communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts fairly and effectively.
I completed a BA in Psychology at Temple University and am graduating with an MS in Clinical Health Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
My education has provided me with a solid foundation in research methods and data analysis. Throughout my academic career, I developed strong skills in conducting literature reviews, designing and executing studies, and presenting findings clearly and compellingly.
