Hands on experience in portfolio management, covering areas all over the sector including (Asset location, diversification, finance, compliance, marketing, strategy, rebalancing, business intelligence and more), making decisions about investment mix and policy, matching investment to objectives, assets allocation for individuals and institutions (Wealth Assets Financing) and rebalancing risk against performance.
Could be passive or active in the case of mutual and exchange traded funds (ETFs), index investing, actively managing a funds portfolio (Wealth Assets Financing) through investment decisions based on research and decisions on individual holdings.
Assets Allocation is the key to portfolio management. As a professional portfolio manager, I totally understand that different types of asset do not move in concert. I seek to optimize the risk/reward profile of an investor by investing in a mix of assets that have low correlation to each other. I use a more prudent approach to create a basket of investment that provides broad exposure within an asset class.
