After nearly 15 years of time spent within the restaurant and hospitality industry, I have honed my skills and feel that I am a very well rounded culinarian, and leader.
I’ve worked in managerial roles in a variety of different spaces throughout New York City, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Asheville, North Carolina, and now here in Philadelphia. I’ve had the opportunity to help open several restaurants and experience the challenges and successes that come with it. Additionally, I’ve worked as a consultant, helping rebuild a kitchen, conceptualize and recipe test a new menu, and train a new staff.
Of all the varied experience I’ve had, a highlight has been the time I’ve spent mentoring and teaching cooks and individuals who are new to the industry. As someone who is very passionate technique-driven, my leadership style is to be very hands-on and detail oriented. I’m grateful to be able to share my skills and knowledge to coach and inspire.
