I have managed medical and behavioral health offices for the past 30 years; to include Physical Therapy, Allergy & Asthma, General Practice and Medical Billing. I enjoy growing small practices into their full potential.
30 years of experience! I know all of the components of the office, from front desk, registration and data entry, through proper coding, billing and accounts receivable, all the way to monthly and yearly reports, financial census and more.
I began with a Diploma in Medical Assisting. I enjoy the patient interaction, and I don’t mind filling in, in this role, as needed. My true super powers became apparent in the running of the actual office. Tackling aging balances, collections decisions and tactfully arguing with insurance companies for proper reimbursement, are oddly enjoyable for me!
