As an Operations Manager at Noodles & Company, I lead a dynamic team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our customers. I oversee staff performance, optimize workflow efficiency, and address customer needs to maintain the high standards that define Noodles. Since joining Noodles in May 2022, I have contributed to enhancing operational effectiveness, fostering a positive work culture, and consistently achieving performance targets.
Have worked in management positions for over 3 years. CAPM® certified by the Project Management Institute, I've gained experience in project management through my father who is a project manager himself, as well as internship experience and current schooling education.
I graduated from the Arizona Agribusiness and Equine Center with a commendable 3.6 GPA. I am also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and Technology at Arizona State University, where I maintain a GPA of 3.38.
